Fire Safety’s Summer Camp for Burn Injured Youth is a place for true heroes <full article>
What do you get when you take a slew of children from all across the state and bring them to one location for a week of fun and excitement?
It doesn’t matter where the kids are from, what their backgrounds are or what they look like. Summer camp is a place where memories are made and friendships are formed.

This was a great opportunity and I am so lucky I got to go. We left Madison on September 19th. We arrived in D.C. and were met by firefighters who took our bags and shipped us to a nearby fire station by the airport, where we were fed sub sandwiches. ----- The National Burn Camp Experience <full article> The National Burn Camp was an experience like no other. It was a time to meet new people from all over the United States. There were burn survivors of all ages and Firefighters from every State it seemed.
